Login to Dance Studio-Pro.

On the Students page, click More > Check all that ARE marked for Recital:

Then Student Actions > Send Selected Students to and then select Excel and the More link:

From there, they can check off all of the information you mentioned, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone, Medical, Parent Names, etc and click 'Send' to pull all that info into an Excel doc.

Finally, import this excel sheet to ShowSculptor using these instructions.
