You can send ID cards to dancers to print at home ahead of the performance. To send ID cards via email go to Reports>ID Card Emails in the sidebar.
Under "Select Students From" choose whether to send an ID Card email to an individual dancer, a show, or all dancers.
You can also add a message with instructions on how to print the ID card, where to bring it, and any other check-in information.
When ready, click "Send" to send ID cards via email.
