Go to Check In & Check Out in the menu and choose the show. Today's shows are listed first.
The check-in screen
Signed In and Signed Out show how many people are checked in and back out, with a progress bar.
Use the Type, Routines, Dressing rooms and Status filters, or search by dancer name, nickname or family.
Rows turn yellow when someone is signed in and orange when they're signed out.
Click Info to see a dancer's details, family contacts, alert and medical info, routines, dressing room and check-in history.
Sign someone in or out
Click Sign In next to their name. When they leave, click Sign Out.
Depending on your Check-In Options, you may be asked who's dropping off or picking up, a 4-digit passcode, or to confirm the family's phone numbers. Required waivers are signed first, and alerts like medical info or dressing room pop up with a sound.
You can also scan backstage passes instead of clicking. See Scanning Backstage Passes and Barcodes.
Find who's missing
Click View Missing People to see everyone who hasn't checked in yet. Click View by Routine to see who's missing from each routine. From here you can Sign In someone or mark them Not Attending, which takes them out of the totals.
Undo a check-in
Click the undo arrow on the row. If Require Studio Admin password to undo is turned on, you'll be asked for your account password first.
Common questions
Why isn't a dancer on the list?
They need to be in a routine that's in this show's lineup. Add them to the routine, or add the routine to the show.
Why don't I see volunteers or staff?
Turn on Volunteers or Staff under Include in check-in in the show's Check-In Options. They appear if they're assigned to a routine in the show.
Can more than one person check in at the same time?
Yes. The screen updates live on every device, so several people can check dancers in for the same show.
