A show is one performance, like a Saturday matinee or a Sunday evening recital. Each show has its own lineup of routines, volunteers and check-in settings. Go to Shows in the menu.
Find a show
Upcoming shows are listed first, in date order.
Click Show past shows at the bottom to see shows that have already happened.
Type in Search shows to find a show by name.
Click a show to open it.
What's on a show's page
Lineup: the routines in running order, plus any intermissions
Volunteers: volunteers helping with routines in the show, and other volunteer jobs like ushers
Check-In / Check-Out Options: who appears at check-in, alerts, security prompts and text messages for this show
Waivers: whether each waiver is hidden, optional or required at check-in for this show
Common questions
Why is the Add show button grayed out?
The Free plan includes 1 show. Upgrade under Settings, then Billing, to add more shows.
Where can I print the show order?
Go to Reports. Show Lineup lists every routine in show order with its dancers, and Program Cast List Export creates a Word document for your program.
