To add dancers to a group, click the Routines button in the sidebar and then click the green Add Dancers button next to the routine name.
There are three ways you can add dancers to a routine:
Search for a dancer's name and click their name from the dropdown. Once finished, click submit.
Add dancers who have a specific tag by clicking the purple "Add dancers from Tag" button at the top of the page.
Copy/Paste a list of dancers using the "Copy/Paste Dancers" button at the top of the page. You can copy/paste any list of dancers in First Name Last Name format (John Smith) or Last Name, First Name format (Smith, John). There should be one dancer per line when pasting your list. ShowSculptor will match the names as long as they exactly match the dancer name in the system. For example, ShowSculptor will match John Smith to the correct dancer, however if your pasted list said Jonathan Smith, then no dancer would be assigned for that line.
