A group's details can be added from the Routines button in the sidebar. Click the gray "Details" button next to the routine name.
On the routine details page you can:
Add and edit dancers assigned to the routine.
Assign rehearsal times.
Assign photo times.
Edit lighting notes.
Edit sound notes.
Edit set/prop notes.
Edit video notes.
Upload routine documents (costume instruction sheets, etc.)
