Costume Notes

Add costume notes to a routine, such as hair, makeup, accessories and quick changes, and print them for your dressers in show order.

Written by Joe Naftal

Use costume notes for anything dancers and dressers need to know about how the routine is worn: hair, makeup, jewelry, tights, shoes and quick changes.

  1. Open the routine and go to the Costumes tab.

  2. Click into Costume Notes and type. Notes save automatically when you click out of the box.

To print costume notes for every routine in a show, go to Reports, then Costume Notes Report (or Production Report for all notes), and choose the show.

Also on the Costumes tab

  • Costume looks: the costume pieces you're ordering for the routine (main costume, accessories, tights and shoes). Add more than one look if dancers wear different versions.

  • This dance has no ordered costume: tick this if the routine doesn't need a costume order, so its dancers are left out of costume orders.

  • Manage student measurements: enter dancers' measurements. They're saved to each dancer and shared across all their routines.
