You can upload documents for a routine by going to the Routines page in the Sidebar and clicking the gray "Details" button next to the routine name. From the routine details page, you can upload documents.

The routine's documents are helpful reference items to lookup backstage. For example, you may want to upload a PDF of the costume instruction sheet so backstage staff can quickly lookup a costume instruction or hairstyle for a particular routine.
