Costume Vendors, Tights and Shoes

Set up the costume companies you order from with their sizes and size charts, and your tights and shoes with styles, colors, sizes and prices, so building costume looks is quick.

Costume vendors

Go to Costumes, then Costume Vendors, and click Add vendor.

  • Available sizes: tick the sizes this vendor offers. These are the sizes you can choose from when you add a costume from this vendor.

  • Size chart: enter the measurements in inches for each size, as a single number (21) or a range (21-22). This helps you pick the right size from each dancer's measurements.

Changes save as you go. To remove a vendor, click Delete vendor.

Tights

Go to Costumes, then Tights Setup. Type a name like "Footed Tights" under New tights type and click Add, then click it to fill in the details.

  • Base price: the price for the standard size.

  • Sizes available: tick each size and add any extra cost. For example, a $12 base price with +$2 on XLC means XLC costs $14.

  • Vendor, Style number, Product URL, Image and Colors available.

Shoes

Go to Costumes, then Shoes Setup, and add each shoe type the same way, like Tap Shoes or Jazz Shoes. Add the vendor, style number, product link, image and colors. Shoe cost is entered on each look.

Tip: Once your tights and shoes are set up, you can add them to any look in a couple of clicks.
