Messaging is included on Essentials and Production Pro.
Go to Messaging, then Settings. Choose how texts are sent, then click Save messaging settings.
Ways to send texts
ShowSculptor's shared Twilio account: no setup needed. Texts come from a shared ShowSculptor number and use message credits. Best for getting started.
Your own Twilio account: enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token. Texts come from your Twilio number and don't use credits. You pay Twilio directly.
Your own HighLevel account: enter your HighLevel Location ID (in HighLevel under Settings, then Business Profile) and a Private Integration Token (under Settings, then Private Integrations). Families can reply, and you see the conversation in HighLevel.
Your credentials are encrypted and never shown again after saving. Leave the token blank to keep the one you saved.
Good to know: Switching to a different option deletes the credentials you saved for the old one.
Message credits
Credits are only used on ShowSculptor's shared number. Each text uses 1 credit to a US or Canadian number and 3 credits to other countries. Essentials and Production Pro include 500 credits a year. To buy more, choose an amount and click Buy credits. See SMS Message Credits for more.
