  3. Write your email using Blocks (headings, text, images, buttons and dividers) or Rich Text.

  4. Click Preview recipients to see how many people will get it and who's missing an email address.

  5. Click Send now, or turn on Schedule for later and pick a date and time.

  6. The preview on the right shows what your email will look like.

Who you can send to

  • All dancers' families, all families, all volunteers or all staff

  • Everyone in a specific show, routine or dressing room

  • An individual dancer, family, volunteer or staff member

Dancer-based groups go to each dancer's family email. If a family is in more than one group, they only get one copy.

Personalize it

Click a token to add it where your cursor is: {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{family_name}}, {{dancer_first_name}}or {{studio_name}}. For families, the first and last name come from Parent 1.

Good to know

  • Emails come from your studio name, and replies go to the email on your Studio Profile.

  • People who have unsubscribed or whose email bounced are skipped automatically.

  • Images are added by link (Image URL). Attachments aren't supported yet, so link to files instead.

  • Messaging is included on Essentials and Production Pro.
