Already use Jackrabbit Class? Bring your families, dancers and classes into ShowSculptor so you don't have to type them in.
Step 1: Connect Jackrabbit
Get your API key from your Jackrabbit account.
In ShowSculptor, go to Settings, then Integrations.
Paste the key into API Key on the Jackrabbit card and click Save key.
Click Test connection. You should see your organization's name.
Your key is encrypted and never shown again. To change it, paste a new one and click Replace key.
Step 2: Import families and dancers
Go to People, then Import Data.
In the Jackrabbit section, choose Active only, Inactive only or All families.
Click Preview to see how many families and dancers will come over.
Click Import Families & Dancers.
Families come in with their name, email, phone and parent name. Dancers come in with their name, date of birth, family and measurements.
Step 3: Import classes as routines
Import your dancers first.
In the Jackrabbit section, filter by Session, Location, Category, Teacher or Day.
Click Preview, then Import Classes as Routines.
Each class becomes a routine with its enrolled dancers.
Good to know
Run the import again anytime to bring over changes. Records that came from Jackrabbit are updated, not duplicated.
Families and dancers you added by hand or from Excel aren't matched to Jackrabbit, so importing the same people from Jackrabbit would create duplicates. Pick one way to add people.
Classes are matched to existing routines by name.
To stop syncing, turn the switch to Disabled or click the trash can to remove your key.
