Clear Data permanently deletes whole groups of data from your studio. Use it to start fresh for a new season or to remove test data.
Before you start: This can't be undone. Export anything you might need first from Reports.
Delete data
Go to Settings, then Clear Data.
Tick what you want to delete.
Click Delete selected.
Enter your account password and click Delete permanently.
What each option deletes
Families & Dancers: all families and dancers, plus their waivers, check-ins, and routine and dressing room assignments.
Volunteers: all volunteers and their routine assignments.
Staff: all staff except the Studio Admin, plus their teacher and assistant assignments.
Routines: all routines, their assignments, documents and places in show lineups.
Dressing Rooms: all dressing rooms and assignments.
Shows: all shows, their lineups, check-in settings, waiver requirements and check-ins.
