Permissions decide what a staff user sees in ShowSculptor. New staff start with everything turned on, so you only need to turn off what they shouldn't see.
Change someone's permissions
Go to People, then Staff, and click the staff member.
Scroll to Permissions and tick or untick the boxes.
Click Save permissions.
Changes apply the next time they open or refresh ShowSculptor. Permissions only matter for staff who have a ShowSculptor user account turned on.
People, routines, dressing rooms and shows
These sections have View, Edit and Delete boxes: Families, Dancers, Volunteers, Staff, Routines, Dressing Rooms and Shows.
Ticking Delete also ticks Edit and View. Ticking Edit also ticks View.
Unticking View also unticks Edit and Delete.
Untick all three to hide that section from their menu.
If Dancers is hidden, Scan to Find Person is hidden too.
