Every dancer in your studio is listed under People, then Dancers. Each dancer belongs to a family, and the family holds the contact details used for messages and check-in alerts.

Search by first name, last name, nickname or family name.
Each row shows the dancer's family, their age (from their date of birth) and any Alert in red.
Click a dancer's name to open their page.
What's on a dancer's page
The top of the page shows the dancer's photo, nickname, age, family and alert, plus buttons to Edit them or assign them to a routine, as an assistant, or to a dressing room.
Information: name, date of birth, family contact details, parents, medical info, notes, measurements and any custom fields
Routines: routines they dance in, and routines they assist with
Shows: every show they're in through their routines
Dressing Rooms: the dressing rooms they're assigned to
Sign In/Out History: each check-in and check-out, with the time and who did it
Waivers: waivers signed for this dancer, with the answers and signature
Costume History: changes to their costume order status
Tip: The family email, phone and parents on a dancer's page come from their family. To change them, edit the family on the Families page.
Common questions
Why is a dancer's age blank?
Their date of birth hasn't been entered. Edit the dancer and add it.
Why is a dancer grayed out with a Locked tag?
Your studio is on the Free plan and has more than 10 dancers. Dancers over the limit are locked and can't be edited or checked in until you upgrade.
