Give your stage manager easy access to every bit of information they need: how many dancers should be on stage? what props are needed and where do they go? what are the lighting and sound cues? You can also upload documents like scenery photos or staging information that your stage manager can easily pull up with the click of a button.

Enable Stage Manager view for a show by upgrading the show to Encore features.

You can set up your Stage Manager display by clicking the blue cog wheel in the top right corner.

In the settings you can check and uncheck which fields you want to display on the Stage Manager screen. You can also sort which order the fields display.

On the left side of the screen, the current routine is listed. You can click the blue "edit" button to edit any of the fields shown on the screen. Which fields are shown can be edited in Stage Manager settings.

On the right side of the screen you will see a row for each routine in the show. You can click the name of the routine to "flip the page" to that routine and view routine details.

Clicking the ⭐️ star icon next to a routine will set that as the "current routine on stage". The current routine on stage will display on the Wardrobe Supervisor screen and the Show Status Display screen.

You can click the blue "Modify Show Order" button to change the show order in real time.
