Give the person running your dressing room the tools they need with a list of every costume change and the number of dances before that dancer goes back on stage. This will help your dressing room manager prioritize quick changes and make sure every dancer gets back on stage in time before their next dance!

Enable Wardrobe Supervisor view by upgrading a show to Encore features.

Current Routine

The top of the screen will display the current routine on stage as well as the previous and next routine. This can be changed in the Stage Manager view.

Wardrobe Supervisor Settings

You can access the settings by clicking the blue cog wheel at the top right of the screen.

You can click the blue "Clear" button to clear the "Completed" checkbox next to all costume changes.

Filters

You can filter the list of costume changes by:

  • Dressing Room (for example, you only want to see costume changes that occur in Dressing Room A)

  • Number of Dances (for example, you only want to see costume changes that must occur in 4 dances or less)

Costume Change Table

In the costume change table, you will see a listing of all costume changes in show order as well as the dancer's name. what dance they are changing from, what dance they are changing to, and the number of dances they have to complete that costume change.

At the end of each row is a checkbox to mark the costume change as complete.

πŸ“· You can click the blue photo icon next to the dance name to view the routine photo.
