🚨 First, make sure you Import your Dancers from Dance Studio-Pro!
Next, login to Dance Studio-Pro and download the Excel Program List in the Recital Wizard. You'll find this in the 4th step of Recital Wizard, under More Actions > Download Excel Program List:
This export shows the Act Name, Song, Class Name, and Students name:
Finally, go to Shows>Add Show from Dance Studio-Pro in the navigation sidebar.
Upload the file you exported from Dance Studio-Pro and enter the show name, date, time, and select any show settings necessary (you can always update these later).
Click "Submit". Your show will be created, routines for each dance will be created, and dancers will be assigned to the shows and routines appropriately.
Note: Dancer names in export must match dancer names in ShowSculptor exactly. This is why it is important that you import your dancers from Dance Studio-Pro first!
