The Stage Diagram shows where every dancer and prop starts on stage. Open a routine and click the Stage Diagram tab.
Add dancers
Under Add a dancer, pick a dancer from the list. Only dancers in this routine are listed. Dancers already on stage say (placed).
Click Add all to place every dancer who isn't on stage yet in neat rows.
Each dancer shows as a circle with their initials and name underneath.
Add props
Under Add a prop, choose a Shape / item, like Platform / Riser, Steps, Chair, Barre or Line / Tape Mark.
Pick a Color and type a Label if you like, such as “Bench”.
Click Add.
Move things around
Drag any dancer or prop to move it. Pink guide lines show when it lines up with center stage or another item, and it snaps into place.
Click a prop to select it. Drag the square corner handle to resize it, or the round top handle to rotate it. Rotation snaps to 45° steps when you get close, or hold Shift to snap.
Edit or remove an item
Click a dancer or prop to open the edit bar above the stage. Change the Label or Color. For props you can also type an exact Width, Height or Rotation°, or click the rotate button to turn it 45°. Click Remove to take it off the stage.
Good to know: Your changes save automatically as you work. There's no save button.
Download the diagram
Click PNG for an image or PDF for a printable page with the routine name at the top.
Use your venue's stage plan
Diagrams use a standard stage plan with wings, backdrop and audience marked. To use your venue's ground plan, go to Settings, then Staging Template, and click Upload stage plan (JPG/PNG). A landscape image works best. Click Use default plan to switch back.
