Changing your plan

  • Upgrades take effect right away.

  • Downgrades happen on your renewal date, and you keep your current plan until then. To undo a scheduled downgrade, click Keep current plan on the Billing page.

  • Moving to Free never deletes anything. Records over the Free limits are locked (they can't be edited, messaged or checked in) until you upgrade again. Your oldest records stay unlocked, so on Free only your oldest show can be edited.
